Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Teido platform, products and services. By accessing or using Teido, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use Teido. By using our services you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@teido.com of any unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the platform;
  • interfere with the security, integrity or performance of the platform;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the platform.

Fees and payment

Subscription fees and transaction-based pricing are set out in your service agreement. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual property

All content, software and trademarks displayed on the Teido platform are owned by or licensed to Teido. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform in accordance with these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teido shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you breach these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of competent jurisdiction located in New York.
