Report suspected fraud and chargeback request forms

Your name, email address, your region, the details of the activity or transaction concerned, and your description. Both forms let you attach files — up to five documents or images, no larger than 10 MB each. Whatever those files contain reaches us as well, so please send only what is relevant.

Newsletter

Your email address, together with a record of your consent: the exact wording shown to you, where you subscribed from, and the time you agreed. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website. We do not build a profile of your visit, and we do not record which pages you read or how you move between them.

Our servers keep the ordinary request records any website receives — the IP address a request came from, the page requested, the time, and your browser and operating system. These are used to keep the site running and secure, and are not linked to you as an individual.

Some animations on the site are drawn by a third-party library that loads a support file from the public CDNs unpkg.com and jsDelivr. That request sets no cookies, but it does disclose your IP address and browser details to the CDN operator so the file can be delivered.
